Your breath as your vehicle to relaxation
Your breath is a powerful vehicle for delivering relaxation to your whole body, and it's the basis of ensuring great results from your face yoga exercises too.
Posture and balance
Ensuring we have the correct posture, really helps to increase the effectiveness of the facial exercises as well as helping to release tension in our body.
Turbo-charging your results
This is a really exciting module covering topics very often over-looked. It sets the scene for not only the most effective results, but helping to improve your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.
Warming up
Just as with any other exercise, it's important that we understand the role of warming up and what exercises help to improve our circulation too.
Releasing back and neck tension
Without even knowing it, so many of us carry huge amounts of tension in our upper back and neck. Not only can this be really painful, but it creates unnecessary tension in our face too.
Upper face
This module covers all of the facial exercises for the eyes and forehead, helping to create a smoother forehead and brighter, wider eyes.
Mid face
This module covers all of the facial exercises for the nose and cheeks, helping to create symmetry and plumper, lifted cheeks.
